In terms of finished product precision, the auger flights processed by this equipment: inner diameter size ≥25mm, outer diameter ≤800mm, and pitch ≤800mm. The dimensional tolerance is strictly controlled within industry standards, ensuring the adaptability and stability of the finished flights in fields such as conveying machinery, environmental protection equipment, and mining machinery. Whether for powder conveying, material lifting, sewage treatment, or mining, the HY400 model can efficiently produce high-quality spiral blades, helping customers improve production efficiency and reduce processing costs.​
